Our Raw Wildflower Honey comes to us from Holdman Honey in Seguin from local nectar sources in Atascosa, Bexar, and Guadalupe counties in South Texas. Did you know that consuming local honey can help with seasonal allergies?
Unlike conventional honey, Holdman Honey is in its true, raw form. This means the honey is filled with natural vitamins, enzymes, flavors, antioxidants, and all the other good stuff that help to make it a superfood.
Raw Honey crystallizes when it's not stored in an active hive full of hardworking bees, so if you're noticing your honey getting cloudy and harder to pour, we suggest either warming it in a water bath on the stove (slow and low), or leaving it out in the sun on one of our hot Texas days to clear up the crystallized honey.

Proper Storage
Store your Raw Wildflower at room temperature or however you like to eat it. Honey doesn't need to be stored in the refrigerator; this speeds up the crystal formation.
